When you've a problem with this company joom ignore you don't listen to what your saying come out with all sorts of excuses which always place the blame with you when the blame is clearly visibleooking and feeling the quality of the crp their selling absolutely nothing like thier pictures
I keep saying I've had enough a d lost enough money But I'm lured back by the lovely pictures of thier merchandise pure fantasy

I ordered some shoes from Joom .Very poor quality and sub standard .
They are actually shipped from China and are rubbish . The advertising photos are good but in reality the products are nothing like the photos .
They will not take them back so steer well clear of this company .

Poor quality. Can't get a refund. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I use their email but it keeps bouncing back. Seems like a rip off business

Apparently this awful company are now disputing that I ever had dealings with them. I guess that they would like my reviews to be removed. No way. I have copies of all the email communications:-

So yes, I had dealings with this awful company but never again.

Great service. Arrived on time and packaged nicely.

I have been using Joom for 2 years and never had a problem. Some products may not be top quality but it's decent value for the price paid.

I can't track my order on the app & emails to support team going round in circles. I had an email saying its been shipped & to track on app the BOOM i have no orders oops something went wrong! NOT HAPPY ALONG WITH THE REST ON THIS SITE

I kept checking on my orders that did not come. All companies and joom customer service blamed the time on pandemic. I asked to cancel several times items were substituted and would not refund. Then they told me my time to cancel has passed and never refunded me. I complained a total of 37 times. They picked at a review because of the vulgarity. I used "What the F**k" described how its illegal to keep money when they never shipped the item.
They are already HORSES ASS. Do not trust them call you credit card company if you ordered. They also illegally charge foreign currency fees.

Like the fact that they offer very high quality and affordable products and put them at total access, would recommend to anyone needing a quick small purchase once in a while.

I find this company spot on for products I want, during lockdown a lot of companies struggled but you can track your orders with joom and they bunch multiple orders together so you see them all arrive at the same time, stop crying about the length of time for delivery as you know where they are coming from, a month for the products is not that bad for the price & import restrictions placed on goods from the orient

Joom is the last fu..... Scam Group, I hope the fu.... Chinese Peoples of joom was going in an Chinese Jail.... Ordered in Oktober 2020 and never becomes the Goods, Send Email for Email and becomes every the Same Answer the goods was deliverd.. Fu...Up Joom

Late - Means 4-5 weeks
Poor Quality - Means You will be Surprised It's Very Poor. Even You will not be Wear it at Home Immediately I skip it.
